Experience: 4+ Years of SEO and Digital Marketing Experience
Location: Permanent Work from Home
Shift: Day (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)

Summary

The SEO/ Digital Marketing Team Lead is responsible for handling SEO and Online Digital Marketing strategies for the organization. Team Lead would also coordinate with different functions, within the organization to perform SEO and digital marketing activities. The job incumbent need to be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital marketers, guiding their efforts and ensuring client objectives were met with exceptional quality and efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international clients of various industries/sectors understanding their marketing objectives and devising digital strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, meticulously ensuring client needs and expectations are surpassed while delivering outstanding digital marketing solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the client's company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client strategies.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows to engage customers and drive results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and meticulously report the performance of digital marketing efforts, crafting detailed analysis reports to inform strategies and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience, generate leads, and optimize website performance for client's
  • Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in digital marketing, implementing strategies to improve ROI.
  • Have regular calls with International Clients as part of explaining the process and business opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Lead Executive or similar role with team management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts with extreme attention to detail, meeting KPIs and creating comprehensive analysis reports.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
