Generate and follow up on leads via online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals. Convert inquiries into sales by providing tailored visa and ticketing solutions.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.

Guide clients through visa application sales processes for destinations like the USA, Canada, Schengen countries, the UK, and Australia.

Assist with domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo), ensuring optimal travel options and pricing. Manage ticket amendments, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Build lasting relationships with retail clients by addressing their needs and concerns professionally. Offer personalized travel advice to ensure seamless experiences for clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.

Stay informed on visa policies, airline regulations, and travel restrictions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields

2+ years of experience in visa and ticketing sales, focusing on retail/B2C with strong upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages

Familiarity with CRM tools, GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and digital platforms for lead generation.
