Promote bundled services: visa assistance, air ticket bookings, and travel insurance. Monitor market trends and explore new growth opportunities.

Leverage local marketing opportunities like partnerships, travel fairs, and social media campaigns.

Generate leads via direct inquiries, referrals, and online platforms. Convert inquiries into sales by providing personalized travel solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and support.

Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation, airline policies, and travel restrictions. Manage domestic and international ticketing with competitive pricing.

Train and lead a team of sales executives to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in visa and ticketing sales, focusing on retail/B2C.

Expertise in visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.

Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.

Strong skills in upselling, cross-selling, and lead management.

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
