Role Overview:

  • As a Team Lead for the USA Visa Process in India, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the visa stamping process for the United States. Your role involves client management, process coordination, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of visa processing executives to ensure efficient and accurate handling of USA visa applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end USA visa stamping process, including application submission, document preparation, verification, and coordination with the client and its employees.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing updates, and managing expectations regarding visa processing timelines.
  • Collaborate with the US travel docs support desk to resolve technical issues in the US portal and ensure a smooth application submission process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of USA visa categories (such as B, H, L visas) and ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction in visa processing.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated on visa policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of work, providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analyse visa processing metrics, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for optimization.
  • Stay updated on changes in USA visa policies, regulations, and procedures, and ensure timely communication and compliance within the team.
  • Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.
  • Co-ordination with the TTK Back-office team for process updates or collection / submission of the applications / passport at VFS / consulates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in handling USA visa categories, documentation, and embassy/consulate procedures.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of immigration tools, visa processing software, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with visa regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the visa
