What Personal Information are collected?
By using our websites and/or our services we may collect and request information from you which includes your name, title, company, address, contact number, date of birth, e-mail address and service payment details.
For the purpose of providing immigration services, TTK may collect additional information as per requirements by the application forms of destination country. These additional items can include items such as your personal and family information, educational background, employment history, travel history, and financial records. As required by relevant visa or governmental authorities such additional sensitive information can include ethnicity, race, religion, trade union membership, health related information, biometrics and information about criminal history. We may obtain the personal information from a number of sources, such as questionnaires and forms you complete, from third party sources such as educational institutions you attended and your former, current or prospective employer.
You provide other Personal Information to us when you:
- (a) register to use the services,
- (b) order products and services from us,
- (c) register to be notified of changes in our website and
- (d) send e-mail messages, submit forms or send other information to us.

How is your personal information proposed to be used?
We do not sell or provide your Personal Information to third-party marketers or other third parties unless you expressly agree in advance to let us do so. We use your Personal Information for the following purpose:
- (a) To analyse, complete, process and assist you in your visa or other immigration related services/applications filings and submission to relevant government agencies.
- (b) To provide you with additional services that you may request or to propose such services which may be relevant to you.
- (c) To inform you about the progress of your application.
- (d) To perform our obligations under the mandate from government authorities.
- (e) Share data with third parties such as authorised third-party agents, service partners, vendors that provide services to assist us with our business activities in visa and immigration request fulfilment.
- (f) To improve our products and services, data analytics, provide superior customer service, and identify market opportunities.
TTK will take reasonable steps to ensure that all dealings in Personal Information, shall be processed fairly & lawfully and is collected for a lawful purpose connected with a service or activity of TTK and the collection of the sensitive personal data or information is considered necessary for that purpose. The Personal Information shall be available for review by the information provider, as and when requested and it will be kept secure against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, as per the prescribed standards.

With whom shall the Personal Information be shared if required?
TK do not disclose your information except as described in this Privacy Statement. We will not share, sell, transfer , use, or distribute your information for purposes other than those disclosed here unless required by law or as authorized by you or your employer. We may disclose personal information about you as appropriate or necessary in connection with the services to third parties such as government and sovereign authorities, other third parties such as authorised third-party agents, service partners, vendors such as translators, education evaluator services, notary, couriers or other related necessary entities that provide services to assist us with our business activities. Any other paper, hard copies, forms or other records containing personal information will be destroyed by a secure process within thirty (30) days from the date of completion of the services.
We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements or till the end of the period in which litigation or investigations might arise in respect of the services.

Transferring information outside the EU/EEA
